Best Companies to Work For 2013
Ingeus has received the prestigious Best Companies Accreditation, with an ‘Outstanding’ rating, and has been listed in the Sunday Times ‘100 Best Companies to Work For’ list for the fifth year running.
The Sunday Times list is the largest independent ranking of employers in the UK and is, along with the Best Companies Accreditation, based on the results of a survey of Ingeus UK staff, conducted in late 2012.
The survey explored eight key aspects of our business, including how staff feel about the pay and benefits they receive, staff wellbeing activities, company leadership and management, personal development opportunities, and the way we support the communities we work in.
