Since 2002, Ingeus UK has grown to become a leading provider of high-quality employment and training services that help people to realise their potential.
Since starting in the UK in 2002, Ingeus UK has grown from a team of just three people to become a leading provider of employment and training services. We now have nearly 2,000 employees delivering services from 80 offices across the UK.
In 2011, Ingeus UK entered into a joint venture with Deloitte and is now 50% owned by the Ingeus Group and 50% by Deloitte. One of the 'big four' UK business advisory firms, Deloitte's public sector practice has been heavily involved in delivering many innovative projects, such as TfL's Oyster card and the BBC iPlayer.
Ingeus UK is a leading provider of the Work Programme, the Government's flagship initiative to tackle long-term unemployment, in addition to a range of other employability programmes. As well as helping our clients find suitable lasting work, we also offer a cost-free recruitment service to businesses from all industries and of all sizes - from small, local enterprises to large multinationals.
Ingeus UK is an accreditted skills and vocational training provider, delivering a range of vocational training in the North East and West Yorkshire. In 2012 we acquired Zodiac Training, the North East’s largest independent skills and training company and we plan to grow and expand the range of services we offer our learners and employers to become a leading, nationwide provider of skills and training.
