Who are we?

Ingeus is the UK's largest provider of the Government's flagship Work Programme.

In the UK, Ingeus - which is 50% owned by Deloitte and 50% owned by the Ingeus Group of Companies - combines Ingeus’ long-standing experience in the welfare-to-work sector with Deloitte’s extensive capability and capacity in large-scale programme delivery, financial and supply chain management.

  • East of England
  • East Midlands
  • West London

  • Cumbria, Lancashire, Merseyside & Halton
  • Scotland
  • West Yorkshire

Ingeus is also delivering the Work Programme as a subcontractor in the West Midlands. Read more about Ingeus and the Work Programme.

Our programmes are funded by the Government and bodies such as the European Social Fund. We work in close partnership with Jobcentre Plus and the Department for Work and Pensions, in addition to many private, public and voluntary sector organisations, to achieve our common goal.

The Ingeus Partner Network brings together over 100 expert organisations across the UK for the Work Programme. It comprises providers from the third, public and private sectors in all the areas we operate. Our partners provide a wide range of services, both nationally and locally, from delivering a complete end-to-end service to providing specialist services that support clients with specific needs.

Employers from multiple sectors have benefited from our free, flexible recruitment service, which is tailored to meet the needs of each individual business. We work with companies of all sizes across the UK to secure appropriate, sustainable vacancies for our clients.

The Ingeus Centre for Policy and Research uses knowledge and research from across the Ingeus Group to participate in policy networks relating to welfare reform and to inform our responses to government consultations which impact on the effective delivery of employment programmes.

Ingeus has been placed in the top 40 of the Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to Work For list for the last three years. The award is the largest independent assessment of employers in the UK, and is based on a survey that assesses employees' perceptions of eight key areas of their business.

Ingeus recruits exceptional, committed staff who work together to provide a consistently high-quality service for our clients. Our multi-skilled advisors are our most valuable asset, using their initiative and creative intelligence to find individual solutions to each client’s situation.
