Best Companies to Work For 2011
Ingeus is placed 21st in the Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to Work For awards.
Ingeus UK has been placed 21st in the 2011 Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For list. This is the third year in a row that Ingeus has been named one of the best places to work in the UK, and this year the company moved up 17 places on the list.
The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For list is the largest independent ranking of employers in the UK, and is a key indicator of the extent to which our employees feel valued and looked after by the company.
In November 2010, more than 500 Ingeus employees completed an anonymous survey which evaluated their perceptions of eight key aspects of our business, including leadership, personal growth, fairness and wellbeing.
Ingeus received the highest score out of all of the companies on the list in the ‘fair deal’ category, indicating that our employees believe that their pay and benefits are fair reward for their work, and that as a company we illustrate ethical leadership principles.
Ingeus also scored very highly in the categories of ‘my company’, and ‘my team’, which shows that our employees feel that Ingeus makes a difference in the world, and that we foster a strong sense of teamwork across the company.
Dean James, Ingeus UK’s Chief Executive Officer, says:
“The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For gives us great feedback from staff about what really matters to them and shows us how we can make Ingeus an even better place to work in the future.”
