We tailor our services to match the requirements of each individual employer that we work with. Our services include:
- Access to thousands of skilled, prepared candidates
- A dedicated Account Manager who provides a single point of contact
- Screening and CV-sifting to ensure candidates match your needs
- Use of our premisis to hold interviews and recruitment days
- Pre-employment training to ensure candidates know what to expect
- Assistance with bulk vacancies, including delivery of group training
- Work trials to ensure candidates are suitable before you offer them a job
- Six months' ongoing in-work support for you and your employee, if required.
As part of our service we can finance work-based training such as health and safety or food hygiene certificates, as well as equipment needed to carry out the job.
We can, if required, provide a full after-care service where we maintain contact with you and your new employee to ensure everything is running smoothly. Alternatively, we can take a hands-off approach and just supply you with the right candidates.

Our free 'Fit for Work' service aims to save your business time and money by reducing staff sickness absence.
