Ocado
When Ocado came to Ingeus for delivery drivers, they stressed that applicants needed to have realistic expectations about the job and had to be confident dealing with customers as well as driving. Ingeus arranged several open days for potential candidates where we assessed their body language, attitude and communication skills and gave them a competency-based test. This focus on finding the right staff paid off as Ocado’s retention rate has increased dramatically since using Ingeus for recruitment.

Royal Mail
Ingeus designed and delivered a Royal Mail awareness session which allowed all interested candidates to learn more about the roles and decide if they were suited. In addition, Royal Mail delivered a presentation to candidates about career options at Royal Mail.

Premiere People
To ensure candidates were fully prepared for a range of positions in education, catering, admin and nursing through Premiere People, Ingeus arranged CRB checks and hygiene training for all candidates before they were interviewed.
