12th April, 2010

Ingeus is delighted to announce the appointment of Dean James to the role of Chief Executive Officer for Ingeus UK from 1 June 2010.
With extensive experience in both the commercial and public sectors, Dean will be responsible for driving Ingeus’ strategic growth objectives as well as overseeing the continued effective performance of our existing contracts.
Dean has spent the last five years in the Corporate IT Directorate of the Department for Work and Pensions where, in his role as Chief Operating Officer, he has been responsible for delivering significant ICT reform and worked across major business and policy implementation programmes.
Before that he held senior positions in business transformational outsourcing for Siemens and spent 20 years in the international oil and gas industry in a variety of commercial roles and as a Director. Dean is also a qualified barrister.
As well as strong business acumen, Dean has demonstrated a clear fit with the values and ethos of the Ingeus Group of companies. He was also recognised for his positive contribution to the community with a CBE for public and voluntary service in 2009. Dean is looking forward with great excitement to joining the company and will spend his initial weeks working in a number of our operational sites across London, the Midlands and Scotland.
