An Ingeus client and their advisor

The Ingeus Partner Network

Ingeus is seeking expressions of interest from organisations wanting to join the Ingeus Partner Network and become a preferred supplier for forthcoming tender opportunities.

Ingeus’ Partner Network formed a key part of our response to the tender opportunity for DWP’s Framework Agreements for the Provision of Employment Related Services. We have already selected a diverse range of over 350 organisations to be part of the Network through our first and second rounds of partner selection.

We assessed all initial Expressions of Interest using a set of fixed criteria, which included:

  • Track record of performance with disadvantaged groups
  • Commitment to providing high-quality services
  • Geographical coverage and existing infrastructure
  • Ability to add value and innovation

Ingeus has established the Partner Network in all 11 regional Lots. These are:

  • London
  • South East England
  • South West England
  • Wales
  • East of England
  • West Midlands
  • East Midlands
  • North West England
  • Yorkshire & Humber
  • North East England
  • Scotland

Follow-up competitions

If you are selected to join the Partner Network you will be informed of all the upcoming opportunities we are tendering for. Through our ‘mini-competitions’ we will ask for details of your delivery proposal for a particular contract. If we are not able to source suitable partners from our existing supplier list, we may open up the competition to other potential partners.

Face-to-face meetings

If successful at the previous stage, we will arrange a meeting and, if appropriate, a visit to one of your delivery sites to discuss how we would work in partnership to deliver a particular contract. We will discuss the information outlined in your Expression of Interest Form and delivery proposal in more detail and clarify how your services could align with our delivery model.

Partnership Agreement Template

We will then discuss delivery and funding arrangements with you and seek to confirm a partnership agreement. We may ask partners at this stage for further information on their policies and procedures, skills and experience. All confirmed subcontractors will be issued with a formal agreement outlining the terms and conditions of the partnership, agreed performance expectations, prices and indicative client volumes.

Partner Network Expression of Interest Form

Ingeus is currently reviewing its welfare to work engagement and selection process so that we can ensure that it as efficient and streamlined as possible and that the new industry-wide Expression of Interest form is fully incorporated into that process.

We hope to have the new form available on the website in May, please bear with us until this time. If you have any queries regarding this process, please contact us at newbusiness@ingeus.co.uk or telephone 0207 265 3584.

National Citizen Service

Across all of our contracts, we deliver in partnership with a diverse range of local providers who are embedded in the community.  We want to mirror this approach for the National Citizen Service and combine our experience of delivering large scale contracts across the UK with existing, quality services that support young people.  We intend to do this by forming strong partnerships with specialist local providers with experience in this sector.

We would like to invite organisations that:
• engage with young people
• deliver youth based support services within the community
• offer residential activities including outward bound activities, sports engagement, drama and the arts  and other activities that inspire and encourage young people to work together on developmental projects

If you are interested in working with us on the National Citizen Service, please complete our Expression of Interest form that can be found here or if you would like to find out more about Ingeus, please contact us at newbusiness@ingeus.co.uk
