Partner testimonials
Find out what our partners have to say about working with Ingeus.
South Bank Employers’ Group, London
South Bank Employers’ Group is a current sub-contractor to Ingeus on the ESF programme. We are delivering an end-to-end service with responsibility for a certain number of job outcomes each year over the three-year period (July 2008 to June 2011).
Ingeus’ approach to contract management is spot-on – a good balance of allowing us/trusting us to get on with delivery mixed with the right level of contract management and support. We find it very comfortable working with Ingeus as they have a very good process in place in terms of how swiftly they put our job start, job outcome paperwork onto their system, which means our payments are always correct and on time.
The staff we liaise with at Ingeus are friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. We are very pleased to be one of their partners and we hope our valued partnership will continue well into the future.
Anita Konczak, Head of Employment Programmes
Interact, London
Interact has been working with Ingeus as a subcontractor for ESF since July 2009. In all our dealings with Ingeus, I have found them to be professional, friendly and supportive. They are a flexible company and have always tried to accommodate our needs.
It’s the first time that Interact has been involved in an employability programme for job seekers. We are very happy that it has been with Ingeus. All the Ingeus staff that I have dealt with are enthusiastic, energetic and entirely solution-focused. Interact hopes to continue a close, supportive relationship with Ingeus.

The success of our partnership relies largely on how Ingeus interacts with our staff. Experience tells us the right approach is necessary or nothing moves forward and that would impact on not just our contract but also Ingeus’ outcomes.
The Ingeus working method has been approachable, supportive and encouraging, which has created an atmosphere of partnership-working rather than isolation.
They are available to discuss and support us with our decision-making. They also offer solutions to problems rather than punitive measures, which take us both forward as partners.

Groundwork has worked with Ingeus across London since 2003 on a wide range of programmes through New Deal, ESF and LDA funding. During that time Ingeus have always been supportive, thorough and positive in their attitude towards Groundwork as a subcontractor.
