Best Companies to Work For 2012
Ingeus UK retains Top 100 status for the fourth year running.
Ingeus has received the prestigious Best Companies Accreditation, achieving a two-star ‘Outstanding’ rating, and has placed 54th in the Sunday Times ‘100 Best Companies to Work For’ list.
The Sunday Times list is the largest independent ranking of employers in the UK and is, along with the Best Companies Accreditation, based on the results of a survey of Ingeus UK staff, conducted in late 2011.
The survey explored staff perceptions of eight key aspects of our business, including fairness, teamwork, and wellbeing.
Ingeus scored very highly in the categories of ‘Fair Deal’ and ‘My Company’, with staff indicating that they feel the company makes a positive difference to the world we live in.
