Working in partnership with Ingeus
To get the best results for our clients we bring together the expertise of a broad variety of partners.
Strong partnerships underpin everything we do. Our Partner Network includes national and community charities and a wide variety of organisations from across the public and private sectors.
We work in partnership with over 100 organisations from our extensive Partner Network. These organisations provide a range of support services, from employability, skills training and support for offenders and ex-offenders, to support for those with a disability or health condition.
We regularly seek new partners to help us deliver particular services such as engaging hard-to-reach groups, supporting people to overcome a range of barriers, delivering vocational training and providing expert advice and advocacy services.
In every area where we deliver services we have strong strategic relationships with local stakeholders including Jobcentre Plus, local authorities, city regions, Primary Care Trusts, educational establishments and with other providers to ensure our programmes are fully integrated with the local delivery landscape.
Our 'Working with Ingeus' guide is available here and details what we look for in our delivery partners, how to get involved and what support our partners can expect from us during the subcontracting process.
